To ensure excellent quality control, enterprises GC «Ovostar Union» realize the quality management standards ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 22000:2005 (HACCP). Thus, the processing plant egg products Ovostar annually passing this certification since 2008, and farms - since 2010. In July 2013, LLC "Ovostar" received FSSC 22000 certification, which is approved by the Global Food Safety Initiative.

Each batch of products is tested for indicators of microbiological safety in the district sanitary-epidemiological station and the Kiev regional veterinary medicine laboratory. In addition, since 2008 Ovostar plant operates its own manufacturing laboratory, certified SE Kyiv Regional Research and Production Center of Standardization, Metrology and Certification. The laboratory performs the full range of operational physical, chemical and microbiological testing of finished products, raw materials, sanitary conditions of their own efforts.
